A dispatch company with no loads booked yet, and a brand that had to look ready to haul from day one.
Client
Kavas Dispatch
What they do
Truck dispatching for owner-operators and fleets, USA and Canada
What we made
Brand identity, website, hosting and care
Kavas Dispatch came to us before it had booked a single load. The owner had the plan: find the loads, negotiate the rates, handle the paperwork, so drivers could stay on the road and keep earning. What they didn’t have was a brand.
That’s a real problem in dispatching. An owner-operator is handing a stranger their truck, their rate and their week. Nobody does that for a logo that looks like it was made last night.
So the brief was a tricky one. Look established without looking old. Feel fresh and quick, the way good dispatch feels when the phone rings and there’s already a load lined up. And work everywhere drivers actually see it: a rate confirmation, a load board profile, a post in a trucking group, the side of a business card.
The arrow is the truck
Dispatch has one job: keep the truck moving forward. So the mark is an arrow, pointed right, the way we read progress. Rounded ends keep it friendly instead of aggressive.
The ring is the network
Brokers, shippers, rate cons, check calls. Everything a dispatcher juggles sits around the driver. The circle holds it together.
The ring is open
The arrow doesn’t sit inside the circle. It breaks clean through both sides. A good dispatcher doesn’t box you in. They clear the way.
Scroll any load board and you’ll see a lot of navy and blue. Green let Kavas stand out straight away, and it carries the one word every driver wants to hear: loaded, rolling, paid. Go.
KAVAS is set in a wide, heavy sans with flat ends. Wide letters sit low and steady, like a truck with a full load on. It looks dependable without trying too hard.
DISPATCH sits underneath in lighter, widely spaced capitals and the mid green. The name does the talking. The line under it just tells you what they do.
You drive. Kavas does the rest. We find the loads, push for the rate and chase the paperwork. Every hour you spend on the phone is an hour you’re not earning. We take that hour back.
One truck or a whole fleet, anywhere in the US and Canada. Same team, same hustle, working like your own back office. Your wheels keep turning. Your revenue keeps growing.
A brand is a promise. The website is where an owner-operator decides whether to believe it. We designed and built kavasdispatch.com, we host it, and we look after it every month.
Written for drivers, not brokers
The headline speaks to the real cost of bad dispatch: time. Every section after it answers a question an owner-operator asks before handing over their truck.
Three services, three steps
Load planning, rate and load coordination, ongoing communication. Then a simple path: tell us about your operation, align on the plan, keep moving. Nothing to decode.
One clear way to reach them
No long forms. Every “Let’s talk” opens a short panel with Kavas’s email address and a copy button, because drivers check email from the cab, between loads.
Hosted and cared for
We run the hosting and keep the site up to date, so Kavas can spend its time on dispatch, not on the website.
